By now you will have seen rude replies from various dweebs; feel free
to ignore them, even though strickly speaking they are right.

If you click on the binaries link, and then win32, you will get to here:

from where you can download a .msi file for 2.2.25. This is an
installer which works on win7 - I have apache 2.2.25 running as I type.
AIUI, there is no windows installer for a more recent version of apache
- if anyone know anything to the contrary I'd like to hear it.

There is also the apache users mailing list which you may or may not
find useful.
