newbie on egroupware [message #20623]

I have installed egroupware and have had issues with the fud forum app, i removed it and reinstalled the app again but it has not completely installed. I do not haveit on the the icon bar and not in the list of apps. I have read several posts about installing via cvs.
Most posts were on linux boxes while im on a win2k setup. could u assist.
