So far I made changes so that all new memberships have to be approved by administrators and set the permissions so that anonymous guests cannot view or read the forum, yet this has continued all day long.

Whoever it is created a member named ANONYMOUS COWARD so it would look as though it was a guest. We banned that name, and did a BUST A PUNK on it and when that didn't work, we deleted that member.

But still it continues...it's into the second day straight of this, every few seconds.
