Files are unlocked.

I found out through talking with Rush, that my maillist.php and nntp.php (if that is what they are, need to verify) files are set at chmod 666 and need to be at 755.

So this is what I'm waiting for next. This should solve the problem.

Question. Will the mail lists work with the files "locked?" I would prefer using this security option.
