No, there is no <base> tag nor is there a <meta name='base' ...> tag. Should there be for IE to use the links? If so, what should the HREF and TARGET attributes be? Confused

For example, sould the HREF url be the url of the forum page itself ("http://www.somesite.com/fud/forum_page.php"), the base ("http://www.somesite.com/") of the site, or a library page (something from MS IE) to make it work for IE links? Rolling Eyes
