I realize that. But any modifications would be overwritten with new versions of FUDforum. I am suggesting a feature that allows an administrator to extend the functionality without having to modify that file.

Off the top of my head:

There could be a file that contains extra wikis whose content is similar to


<?php
customwiki = array("newwiki","http://some.wiki/search/url");
?>

. The current function could then load these new wikis. Then the person composing the post could do

[wikipedia custom=newwiki]term[/wikipedia]

to link to the administrator defined wiki.
