This would make fudcode implementation far too complex, so I maintain my position that if you need other wikis simply customize post_proc.inc.t

It should be mentioned that the file would only be overwritten during an upgrade in the event it has changed since the last release. Meaning if no changes were made to it and your copy contains your customizations, the customizations will be retained.
