Ok! I understand, You could do that if you knew their password, so you could reset it after you had subscribed them, or if you were willing to notify them of a new password you had set for that purpose....But that seems too labor intensive.
but it was a good thought.

I can't even work out where imsg_edt.inc.t is placed, so not much chance of helping you. When I do get around to it though, I'll make a point to comment here or PM you.

Ok again, I am new to this and most of the replies are way over my head, and I have to struggle to understand the small things.
The ability to subscribe groups just sounded like a good idea! Maybe we will get around to it some time, and when we do hopefully we will be able to share a clearly articulated description with others instead of some of the cryptic responses I normally find.
right now I am working on getting my header fixed so the forum will render correctly in IE.
Actually I have fixed the problem already and am just finishing up the loose ends to share what I found out and archive the solution in case I need it again.
I am new to this so explain things very, very carefully!
