For an example, once you sent a mail to me, I will receive an email from my email account. The content shown as below:

If I wanted to remove the "If you do not..." that part, what should I do?

And the subject for the email was "New reply to Re: Edit email content by Ilia", and I intent to change the subject too. Which file I should refer?
