My forum is in chinese version. Once I received a notification email, the subject of the email was as below:

"=?utf-8?B?5oKo5pS25Yiw5LqGPGtpbTEwMTI+5Y+R5Ye655qE5oKE5oKE6K+d?="

May I know how to make it display as proper chinese and shown in the subject in my email account?
