Groups Manager only lets you set the allowed permissions that Group Leaders can assign to users in that group.

To do what you want to do (the only way I know how to do it), is to go into Groups Manager, then Manage Users of the forum you want to change Anonymous access to. The next screen that comes up will have a list of Members at the bottom. Unless you've added other members, it will usually contain the members 'Anonymous' and 'All Registered Users'.

Click the 'Edit' link on the right side of the 'Anonymous' member, then change the drop-down permissions of the Anonymous member and click the Update Member button.

AFAIK, you have to do this for every forum that you want this to affect anonymous users.

Hopefully, someone else will correct me on this, as I'm sure there is an easier way to do it, and I know the Groups Manager is quite powerful, if one knows how to use it properly, which I don't Sad
