I have had 3 users complaining about the same thing. Basically, the user has an avatar upload. Then they change that avatar to a new one. Everyone else can see the new avatar but that user still sees the old one.

Any suggestions about what they have to do to see the new Avatar?

This is the result of browsers caching the image, once the cache expires the new avatar will be visible. You can 'hurry' the process by refreshing the page once or twice or clearing your browser's cache.
