im so lost Shocked

i have no idea on what to do here i have already DLed 3 things from your Dl page and ther is nothing in it what gives?
im new to the whole web building thing and i just bought a name the other day please any info would help Very Happy

You should download this file: http://fud.prohost.org/download/FUDforum2_20030306.zip

When you decompress it, you will find install.php, which is the forum's installer that you need to copy to a web directory and then run.
