hi,

i noticed messages are not shown after 30 days , how can i change this ??

Hi,
u can change it there:
admin control panel -> forum management -> thread pruning. If there's a limit of 30 days just remove it.

I use 1.2.4 RC1 and the option is listed under "forum management". Same with 1.2.3. Maybe u should try calling the file directly:
urforum/adm/admprune.php
now u should be able to change settings.

i'm using 1.1.1 , i will connsider upgrading ..

there is no admprune.php file there...

I think so. It's really an ancient version u re using Wink. I'd suggest using the 1.2.4 dev release because it already contains the fix for the "showing always GMT to anonymous users" bug.

i'm experiencing trouble with upgrading, i've edited the globals.php file directly and changed it.

For the upgrade problems i started a new thread.

the 30 day threshold is actually a feature of the old florum, that would "hide" NOT delete threads older then 30 days if specified in your profile. Since version 1.2 that feature was no longer there.
