While upgrading from 2.3.8 to 2.5,although I have uploaded upgrade.php into WWW_SERVER_ROOT directory,it gives the error:
"Unable to find GLOBALS.php inside the current () directory. Please place the upgrade (upgrade.php) script inside main web directory of your forum".
Do you have any suggestions?

You should've placed it in the WWW_ROOT_DISK directory.
