Ok, my math isn't enought to solve this, is 3145937 > 8388608?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 3145937 bytes) in /home/azatoth/public_html/fud2/theme/darkpenguin/mnav.php on line 381

You mis understand the nature of the error message.

It means that memory limit was reached when PHP tried to allocate additional 3145937 bytes, which would put it above the allowed limit of 8 megs.
