Just upgraded to v2.6 and have noticed a massive performance slowdown that seems to be caused a delay in downloading the graphics like the icons at the top of the board and the post, tree view icons etc. Has something been changed radically in 2.6 that is causing this? at the moment it is not practical to use it and I've gone back to my old 2.5.

same here friend. from the lack of replies i assume they think we're makin' this up or ain't got a clue. shame really.

its something to do with ie as fud 2.6 is very quick in netscape. dunno more than that tho. Crying or Very Sad

It is not slow, the problem if you can call that is IE, which does not support alpha transparency of PNG images requiring a somewhat slow JavaScript to run emulating the correct behavior. If this is a problem remove the 'IE hack' from lib.js
