Seem to be having some problems with post notifications, either to topics replys or new topics. Some people that are subscribed get notifications, and sometimes they do not. Watching the mail logs, I do not see the email being generated when someone creates a new topic. Im running 2.6.0.

-help please.

E-mail notification is not always triggered to prevent spamming the user. What it means is that if a user received an e-mail notification and didn't not read the message in question they would not receive additional e-mail notifications for @ least 7 days.
