When a topic or message is posted in a moderated topic, the moderator and admin see on the frontpage that there is a message in the moderator queue, but when the link is followed, the queue is empty.

I'm using 2.6.4, I have updated the modque.php.t file as per the CVS and i'm still having the same problem.
