Hi Guys;

I have a fresh install of FUDforum at http://www.wealthyblogger.com/forums/ running 2.6.12.

I have added two posts to the general forum, but I cannot see them in the forum topic list. I can get to the posts by clicking on the latest posts link or by clicking on my user profile and bringing up a list of all posts.

Anyone have any idea why the posts are not listed when I click on the forum?

Do they appear if you run the consistency checker?

Have you tried checking the forum's SQL error log?

I did run the checker, no dice. I checked the error log, no errors. I am going to try a clean install.

Have you checked the forum's error log for any SQL errors?

What database system are you using (name & version please)?

Seems to work fine on my development forum running MySQL 4.1. if there is no SQL error, it is possible that there is a bug in MYSQL 5.0.4 that causes some query to not work, it's beta version afterall.

Any ideas what query may be at fault? If I knew I could get the devs here to fix it.

Well, it's likely not a single query, but the process that creates the forum topic view inside th_adm.inc (rebuild_forum_view() funciton). You can try to run the MySQL segment of the code manually and see what it does.
