I have tried using r->user in finduser.tmpl to add the users real name as the first column in User Information but it continues to come up blank. I have tried using r->user and u->user . What am I doing wrong?
{SECTION: find_user_entry}
<tr class="{ALT-VAR: finduser_alt RowStyleA RowStyleB}"><td class="GenText">{VA\
R: u->name}</td><td class="nw GenText"><a href="{TEMPLATE: find_user_entry_lnk}\
">{VAR: r->alias}</a>{IF: $r->users_opt & 131072}{ELSE}{TEMPLATE: findu_no_conf\
}{END}</td><td class="ac nw">{VAR: r->posted_msg_count}</td><td class="DateText\
nw">{TEMPLATE: finduser_join_date}</td><td class="nw GenText">{TEMPLATE: actio\
n_field}</td>{IF: $is_a}{TEMPLATE: findu_admin_opts}{ENDIF}</tr>
{SECTION: END}
I also modified {PAGE: FINDUSER_PAGE user search form} in finduser.tmpl with an extra "<TH>" tag to add a column title.
<tr>
<th nowrap>Name</th> ........

I read some in the forum under a similar topic and found that in the source template, name is not part of the query. I added name to finduser.php.t and it works!
