i got a 404 when i try to manage users in the group manger on version 2.2

and three things more

Why can moderators edit in the adminstrators posts?

when you choose to select avatar in the profile the pop-up is filles of file not found pics, but do you press one of them you got the full picture. Whar can be wrong?

Person registering on my forum don't get any confirmation.
Do you have to have sendmail running on host?

Because any priveleged user (user with edit permissions) will be able to edits post made by any user, be they a moderator or a regular member inside forums where they have the edit permission.

First check that your forum does require email confirmation. Any mail server will do, it can be sendmail, qmail, smtp. FUDforum uses php's native mail() function, so whatever PHP supports FUDforum supports.

when i look at the properties of i pic in the avatar selection form, it says it is not reachable (don't know the exact word in english), so it don't tell me what type of pic it is, neither how big it is in kb, but it know how many pixels the picture is

Are you going to this url from a bookmark or something?

Because that is an old style URL and I've just checked on 3 seperate 2.2 installs and for me the link works just fine.

Can view the generated HTML source of the popup window and attach it to your reply?

Here it is.

I go to the URL via the group manager in the admin control panel.
Where is the php file supposed to be? In which folder, cause I can't find it

Change your WWW Root value, so that it has a / at the end. Once you do it, go to the theme manager and rebuilt the theme. It probably will fix your problem.

now i can't even enter the forum. i got this error:

i didn't do anything more than changed www root so it had a / on the end

but ihade made a backup just a few minutes earlier so i think i will reinstall......

I believe I may have found the cause for the session bug. The patched file is attached to the message, replace your existing file with it and rebuild the template via the Theme Manager.

it work now, that was totaly my own fault. I had left the upgrade script browsable, then probably me or someone else started it and didn't finish. So i reinstalled only had three other members at that point so it didn't matter.

But i still got a error 404 when i tries to manage users

i didn't have the groupmgr.php where the link supposed it to be. So i copied it from theme/default/ ,i changed owner to apache and chmod it to 777 but now i get sorry, you have no access to this page

That file is NOT meant to be accessed directly, you should not have copied it anywhere.

To access group manager you need to go to:
index.php?t=groupmgr
