Deleting a category with forums == bad [message #4131]

i just finished up configuring fud forum for a forum at work and no longer needed the test forum. so i went to category managment and hit delete. the category still contained the test forum and i figured it would just delete the category and forum at the same time.

fine that worked great. next i decided to purge the deleted forum and went to do that. after clicking 'yes' on the confirmation screen i recieved the following error:

i get that error whenever i try to go to the forum now.

i was running 2.2.1 at the time the error occured and have since tried upgrading to 2.2.3 to no avail.

any suggestions?

and nevermind...after shutting down the mysql daemon and restarting it i managed to get the upgrade script to work. although i am having to go back and add the alias fields by hand but that is not a big deal.
