Hi,
At Step 3 of the installation I get the following error at the MySQL Server section:

Failed to connect to MySQL Server, SQL Reason:

I specified the IP of the SQL-Server: 192.168.10.9

The Login, Passoword and Database-Field are filled correctly.
I created a new Database-user with all permissions.
I created a new empty Database.

Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks, Mike

Can you try writing a simple php script that would use the same SQL info to connect to MySQL?

Most common reason for ths type of a problem is that your account has no access to mysql via the IP you've specified.

Thanks for your tip!

I tried some settings and noticed that I could connect to the SQL-Server as root.
I don't know why connecting as a different user isn't possible, because of having all permissions to that database.
Never the less, it works! Smile
Bye, Mike
