1)
I noticed that the combo-box "Goto Forum" didn't work if you view the forums in "treeview". If you have selected the "flatview" you can change the forums in the way you expect.

2)
If you select a thread in the combo-box you don't need to click on the "go"-button to view the new thread. If you select a new forum, you have to click the "go"-button.

Tested with FUD 1.2.7 and Mozilla 0.9.9 for Linux and Windows.
