Well its kinda confusing...
Ona reply a email arrives:
"New Reply to thread_title"
This can be confusing if there are threads like "To me" or "Reply here"
e.t.c
What i recommand its having the title in " " or ' '.
Also changed "Reply" to lowercase (neater)
p.s: where do i edit the table colors of the forum?

You can edit the forum's colors by using the "Style Manager" option inside the Admin Control Panel.
Or you can edit header_1.inc with you favorite editor, the styles are commented so you should have no problem recongnizing what each one does.
