I'm currently having the same problem that you are with spammers. Have a look at these users to see what I mean:

They typically just register an account with a website that has porn, sells drugs, etc, but occasionally actually post. It would be good if there was a word filter that works similar to the email and ip filter. It would also be good if there was a way for moderators to look at what is caught by the word filter and approve things that are legitimate. It would also be good if you can set a threshold that disabled the spamfilter on a per-user basis, such as after so many posts. Are there any plans for something like this?
