P.S. since you updated post.inc a small bug affecting the post.php & ppost.php forms was also fixed.

When you allow all file extensions, the * was not being printed in allowed file types. It is there now Smile

Not yet, thanks to your anonymous forum I've found 2 tiny bugs, that are not yet fixed.

When you report a message posted by anonymous user to the moderator, the 'By:' field, which normally contains the user name is blank, while it should have the whatever you call anonymous users there.

Also, when you quote messages by anonymous users, the title is missing the user name.

Yeppers, windows is a pain in the a$$ Smile. Especially the whole text/binary mode thing shows how brain damaged windows is Smile.
