It has been a while since our last stable release, which had proven it self to be quite stable Smile

Hopefuly, this one will be even better.

Some of the "core" changes introduced include:

1) Further handling for servers with register_globals set off
2) Added a handler for servers with magic_quotes_gpc set to off
3) Added a thread prunning control panel for admins *dangerous*
4) Various fixes for the register form, which had a few small bugs with custom avatars.
5) Added an admin login panel, for the unlikely times that you somehow lock yourself out from the forum by disabling it and logging out.
6) Several other small fixes.
