hi,

i get the next error :


FAILED DURING COPY
install_data/sys/include/CVS/.Tag, writenotbrowz/includeCVS/.Tag


can anyone help me out? i don't have a lot php experience.

Question, are you installing this on a windows machine?
Also, what values did you provide to the install script in step #2?

it's a linux server

step 2:
*server root: writebrowz/
*forum data root: writenotbrowz/
*forum www root: http://www.kuleuven.ac.be/installaties/forum/

Few things:

1) I think your "server root" should be "/www/installaties/forum/"
Since http://www.kuleuven.ac.be/installaties/phpinfo.php tells me that phpinfo's path is /www/installaties/.

2) "forum data root" should have the beginning / before it

i tried your suggestions (tanx!), but it gives the same error:

FAILED DURING COPY
install_data/sys/include/CVS/.Tag, /www/installaties/forum/writenotbrowz/includeCVS/.Tag


i also tried changing the name of Tag into .Tag , but then it stops on the next file and so on..
