FUDforum will automatically clean-up this table based on your SESSION_TIMEOUT and COOKIE_TIMEOUT settings (see Global Settings Manager).

I known after procedure "Forum Consistency", but this table very big and sql qwery to complite long time.

The table is cleaned-up every time a user logs in. Look at the code in login.php.t. To reduce the number of rows, you need to change SESSION_TIMEOUT and/or COOKIE_TIMEOUT to smaller values.
