i like it, it's very concise, just a few minor things: (3.02)

Typo:
SMTP Server:
The IP adres or host name of the SMTP server.

instead of enable / disable: yes/no questions and answers, i think the form will be a lot easier to understand if you just asked something like:

send welcome email: yes/no
allow member search: yes/no
allow signatures: yes/no (something you're already doing!)

Typo fixed - thanks.

W.r.t. the negative questions, that's unfortunately part of FUDforum's legacy. Changing them all at once will create a big mess. The way forward is to fix one or two of them with each release going forward.
