Hello,
I have been dealing with a problem on my Joomla site www.barter-joes.com.
When using firefox I would get an error:
"Illegal variable _files or _env or _get or _post or _cookie or
_server or _session or globals passed to script."
This has been happening since changing the forwarding and primary
domain name for the site. Jus a few minutes ago I put a few things
together that may help everone dealing with this issue.
1.) The problem happens all the time in Firefox
I think this is because of the strict use of "http://www." When
I edit the URL to not include "www" the issue goes away.
2.) My config.php in "/" was still pointing to my old domain and had
to be edited in order to refer to the new site location.
I hope this is helpful. in the mean time is there anyone who can help
me with a simple config question?
How, besides URL forwarding do I configure my site to use www or
http ? is this in hosts?
Thanks
Joe M

I would recommend you try joomla support. They know their product
better than anyone.
