Lately for the past year I find the site not available for periods of weeks and then up again for a couple of weeks. I do find it strange but thinking it might be something on my end but I have my doubts.

Frank any thoughts?

I agree, it is deeply disturbing.
The site belongs to Illia and I truly hope he is not giving up on us.
