What is the default password for auto-created users?
My forum is mirroring a mailing list and users are created automatically.

Random value, the idea is that if a user wants to use the auto-generated account they'll use the password reminder feature to get their password.

How did you do that? There is an "import" tool that we can adapt to our needs?

In our case we have a GPL project (see it here Very Happy

) that is using SourceForge's Mail Lists.

We've already made the sincronization between some of the forum rooms and the correspondent mail lists and we don't want to import - for now - the mailing list posts (huge and we want to spare some space in our server) but we need auto-import ALL users with their nicks and emails to the forum.

Some help needed, please Smile
