hi,

is it possible to edit the FAQs via the web interface ?

i've found the underlying .hlp files but the end users want to be able to update the FAQs themselves and i obviously don't want them hacking about on the command line.

Nope, they can only be edited via command line interface or you can download the file and edit it inside your editor of choice.
