Forums can be categorised in groups but on some places in the admin control panel the list of forums are presented with just the forum name, not category+forum.

Assume that I have tre categories with two fora each:
..issue a
....general
....trouble report
..issue b
....general
....trouble report
..issue c
....general
....trouble report

An example is in the module "Mailing List Manager" - second field from the top. With the data from the example above this <select> would display the following list:
..general
..trouble report
..general
..trouble report
..general
..trouble report

If I change the order of my forum categories this list will look the same!

Please make it display something like this instead:
..issue a / general
..issue a / trouble report
..issue b / general
..issue b / trouble report
..issue c / general
..issue c / trouble report

I use v2.6.2 if that's important.
