Hi,

I just installed FUD Forum 2.6.4 and I get the following error when I access the message page (I'm in tree view):

Notice: Undefined property: name in c:\program files\easyphp1-7\www\forum\theme\default\tree.php on line 944

Am I doing anything wrong ?

What language are you using on your forum?

If you are using French or Italian then this is a bug that I just fixed.

Download the 'msg' file at http://cvs.prohost.org/c/index.cgi/FUDforum/getfile/install/forum_data/thm/ default/i18n/french/msg?v=1.100

and replace the one in i18n/french/ with it. Once you do that rebuild the theme and the bug should be gone.

Hi,

I modified the msg file (I'd rather say "discussion" for "thread" instead of "fil"), so if it's not too long to explain, what should I change in the msg file to get rid of the bug ?

In the English translation I've renamed "Thread" to a much clear "Topic" many months ago. It may be a good idea to do the same for the French translation.

Here is what was changed to fix the bug:
http://cvs.prohost.org/c/index.cgi/FUDforum/filediff?f=install/forum_data/t hm/default/i18n/french/msg&v1=1.99&v2=1.100

Perhaps you could send me your msg file with updated French translation?
