I get install.php set to 666 and it loads the first install page fine where I set the directories and all. But when I hit next I get this:

--------------------------------
Notice: Undefined variable: line in /var/www/html/tsh/install.php on line 457

Notice: Undefined variable: line in /var/www/html/tsh/install.php on line 464

Notice: Undefined variable: line in /var/www/html/tsh/install.php on line 466
Archive did not pass checksum test, CORRUPT ARCHIVE!
If you've encountered this error it means that you've:
downloaded a corrupt archive
uploaded the archive in ASCII and not BINARY mode
your FTP Server/Decompression software/Operating System added un-needed cartrige return (' ') characters to the archive, resulting in archive corruption.
--------------------------------
It's a Redhat Linux 9 server with all updates and the latest PostgreSQL, Postgres PHP module, and PHP. I downloaded the install package with wget from the official site. I don't understand why the checksum would be off, and it looks like something else might be wrong with the script to cause it to think that anyway.

Can someone give me some things to try?

Thanks
Curtis

This was in fact a bug, but it could only have been triggered by an old PHP (<4.3.0). I've applies the fix to cvs.
Updated installer script can be downloaded from here:
