A moderator of mine has asked for the ability to see what users have read posts but not replied.

Is this possible?

Not really, while the forum does track whether the user has seen a particular topic it does not know if the user actually read every message in the topic or just quickly scrolled through the message list.

Another problem is that if the user uses "mark all read" then they can mark many messages as read without actually reading them.
