Mosty a bug fixing release, that addressed serveral important bugs such as:
1) Changed strftime() parameters to work will all libc libraries
2) Fixed major bugs and a security fault in thread exchange
3) Fixed a bug with user deletion, which would "crash" when trying to delete user's private messages. And added a handler to remove the deleted user from moderator cache.
4) Fixed a bug in tree view, that would always take the user to the "root" message when they click on the "1st unread" message link.
4) Some small fixes with FUDcode parser.
There were a few feature additions as well.
1) Added jabber IM support
2) Increased the size of the signature text box on register form
3) Added phorum & yabb converters as well as fixed a few bugs in phpbb2 converter
