Unable to Update (Some) Newsgroup rules. [message #20866]

After creating an Newsgroup rule I am unable to to change some but most newsgroup rule options...for instance " Allow Newsgroup Attachments:" It's always set to "Yes" and I can't change it to "No".

I'm using the current CVS version.
