Hi I'm here again, sorry for my several post.
I have another error in this pages: Add Buddy and Add Ignoramus
Enter the login of the user you wish to add.
Or use the Find User feature to find a person.
The find user feature LINK don't work (it open a window as your forum but don't find the page), can U tell me where I find the template of that form, and what is the link to add? Or the page missed??

The code of the link is in MSG :

But the link opened is: "URL /forum/http://www.mysite.com/forum/index.php was not found on this server.
I must delete this /forum/ ...I suppose.
How can I modify the code?

I've found the error myself.
The upgrade have changed the italian msg file, but deleting that line and pasting the old line before upgrade it works.
I suppose that there are other link changed in upgrade, and its possible that they don't works too.
What do U think??
