In this line

' . $lmt  . (isset($_GET['l']) ? ' ORDER BY m.post_stamp DESC LIMIT ' : ' LIMIT ') . qry_limit($limit, $offset));

should be like this

' . $lmt  . (isset($_GET['l']) ? ' ORDER BY m.post_stamp DESC LIMIT ' : ' ORDER BY m.post_stamp ASC LIMIT ') . qry_limit($limit, $offset));
