FUDForum breaks when changing Admin values [message #25580]

I install Fudforum fine on PHP4.3.11 then I log into the Admin section, and change anything and from then on I get an SQL error any time I do anything.

I've installed a couple times, but the same thing happens.

Since the control panel was broken I wasn't able to see the logs but I copied the data from the file and am attaching the sqlerror file below.
