Hello,

I have just installed the egroupware 1.0.0.007 with fudforum 2.6.0

Everything works fine. The fudforum also works, buy when I try to access the Control Panel of the Fudforum, it gives me the next error: "Page not found". The URL that tries to open is: www.myserver.net/egroupware/fudforum/1524509230/adm/admglobal.php?

So I can't do anything with the forum. This also happened to me with the previous version of Egroupware, 1.0.0.006

I have changed the dir permisions as I have found in other posts to 755, but then it gives me this warnings:

Warning: main(): Unable to access ./GLOBALS.php in /docroot/egroupware/fudforum/1524509230/adm/admglobal.php on line 13

Warning: main(./GLOBALS.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /docroot/egroupware/fudforum/1524509230/adm/admglobal.php on line 13

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './GLOBALS.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /docroot/egroupware/fudforum/1524509230/adm/admglobal.php on line 13

Thanks in advance

Jorge

Can you 1st try to access the forum itself and THEN access the admin control panel. On the 1st access to the forum it actually creates the forum's files.

I can access to the forum. Then, from the link on the left side of the web page, I click "Admin control panel" and then I get the error messages.

I have tried to uninstall and then re-install the fudforum but then I get the next error when I try to enter the application:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fud_use() in /docroot/egroupware/fudforum/inc/class.fud_sidebox_hooks.inc.php on line 18"

Is there any installation guide for the fudforum on egroupware?

Please, someone help me, is very important for me to have it working in the next 8 days...

Thanks in advance

The only way I was able to recover after uninstalling FUDforum was to restore from a backup.

Well, I have uninstalled egroupware and started from the beginging... and it gives me the error than the first time. I think that the problem it is in the file GLOBALS.php and in the relation of forlders and files, I'm not sure that how their should be created.

GLOBALS.php have this information basicily:

$INCLUDE = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/include/";
$WWW_ROOT = "/egroupware/fudforum/1524509230/";
$WWW_ROOT_DISK = "/docroot/egroupware/fudforum/1524509230/";
$DATA_DIR = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/";
$ERROR_PATH = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/errors/";
$MSG_STORE_DIR = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/messages/";
$TMP = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/tmp/";
$FILE_STORE = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/files/";
$FORUM_SETTINGS_PATH = "../files/fudforum/1524509230/cache/";

Do you see any error?

Yeah, the paths should be full paths, not relative.

Hello and thanks for the answer, but I can't make it work.
I have changed the paths, but now I can't even enter into the forum, not just Control Panel. It gives me the next error:

Warning: main( http://www.faea.net/egroupware/fudforum/files/fudforum/1524509230/include/c ore.inc): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /docroot/egroupware/fudforum/files/fudforum/1524509230/include/GLOBALS.php on line 94

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ' http://www.faea.net/egroupware/fudforum/files/fudforum/1524509230/include/c ore.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /docroot/egroupware/fudforum/files/fudforum/1524509230/include/GLOBALS.php on line 94

Core.inc is in the right place and has right permisions but it looks like there is a problem with that file...

This is driving me crazy...

Check the permissions of the adm/ directory and the files found within it and make sure the webserver has permissions to access them.

Hello Ilia,
I checked the permissions of the adm directory and all the files on it, but everything is correct... and still doesn't work...
any other suggestion?

Thank you very much

Took me a while to "parse" the errors but I think the problem is that your $DATA_DIR and $INLUDE contain URl paths and not disk paths.
