I love the way FUDForum is able to pass quotes made on the website

The otherway around doesn't work, email message quotes to FUDForum still look like email quotes. But that's okay as far as I'm concerned.
However I wonder if it would be possible to have FUDForum parse FUDcode quotes into email type > quotes rather than place the text within an indented box. My aim is to have just one form of quoted text
> and I'd prefer this type!
I believe it would make switching between reading an email mailing list by email and on the FUDForum more consistent.
Can this be done?

Okay, never mind.
How about the other way around? Can I make quotes from emails

become FUDcode type quotes when imported using the maillist script so they become
