As it is now when people add a new message to a thread, that thread gets put at the top of the list under the thread view (Sorted by Last Post). Is there an option somewhere in the system to sort it based on Started On?

I'm sure I can hack the code to do it, but it might be a neat option to add to people's profiles to sort threads based on Last Post or Started On.

There is currently no such option.

I feel such option, would be useless, since on a large forum sorting in severse date order would force the user to go through many links before finally reaching their unread messages.
