When the user list is sorted by login name, names that begin with a lowercase letter sort after all the names that begin with an uppercase letter.

I'm not sure if this should be a bug report or a suggestion. At least one of my users has been confused by it when he couldn't find his friend on the member list.

The is no way to fix that, that how's string sorting happens and it is actually how the database sorts the data,
