This is a MySQL error you need to let your administrator know about it.

Ok, I am absolutely at my wits end with this thing.

I cannot get anywhere.

Would this course of action be feasible?

What if I made a fresh install of the forum. Could I then copy the nexessary files and folders into the new directories so as to keep the usernames and posts that already exist.

I cannot even do a datadump something is going on that causes my error_log file to get up to 495 MB.....

I would greatly appreciate any advice.

What is happening when I try to log in and it won't even do that.
The page just refreshes but I am not logged in.

I don't see any errors or anything.
